- 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
- ½ cucumber sliced
- 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
- ½ avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ inch piece of fresh ginger optional, for an extra anti-inflammatory boost
- Ice cubes optional, for a refreshing chill
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut water.
