Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ inch piece of fresh ginger optional, for an extra anti-inflammatory boost
  • Ice cubes optional, for a refreshing chill

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut water.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
